Emily now takes one of the leads in the Guy Ritchie, Paramount+ / Showtime series THE DONOVANS, where she joins Tom Hardy, Joanne Froggatt, Helen Mirren and Paddy Considine; she then films the feature LIFE AND FLOWERS AND OTHER THINGS opposite Christopher Eccleston.
She will next be seen in the BBC comedy CLOSE, alongside an all star cast.
Recent credits include a standout in Series 3 of HBO's INDUSTRY, the time-travelling Netflix series BODIES and as the lead role in the multi-Olivier award winning OPERATION MINCEMEAT.
A beautiful presence who has proven herself as a leading actress in both drama and comedy, Emily previously starred in the Sky comedy DREAMLAND, played the role of Tessa in the BRIDGERTON, and starred as Violet Hayward in THE ALIENIST: THE ANGEL OF DARKNESS for Netflix. Her additional screen credits include recurring roles in CALL THE MIDWIFE (BBC) and THE ROYALS (Lionsgate / E!).
On stage, Emily won Best Newcomer at the Manchester Theatre Awards for her debut professional performance in BILLY LIAR for Sam Yates, and was later nominated for the Ian Charleston award for her performance of Imogen in CYMBELINE at Shakespeare’s Globe with her appearance prompting The Independent to name her as “One To Watch”. She starred as Annabel in BACKSTAIRS BILLY in the West End, directed by Michael Grandage, opposite Luke Evans and Penelope Wilton.
