Anoushka Lucas

Anoushka is a singer, songwriter, actor and theatre composer.

Anoushka has just finished starring in A FACE IN THE CROWD, a new musical with music by Elvis Costello, at the Young Vic Theatre

Prior to this, she starred as Elizabeth Proctor in THE CRUCIBLE as Sheffield Crucible. She can also be seen in the recent short film, WHAT WE WISHED WE COULD BE.

She recently starred as 'Laurey' in OKLAHOMA! at Wyndham's Theatre in the West End and the Young Vic for which she was nominated for an Olivier Award as Best Actress in a Musical.

Her debut play ELEPHANT which she wrote and starred in premiered at The Bush in 2022 and she reprised the show in 2023 to wide critical acclaim. She won a Stage Debut Award for her work and is nominated for an Evening Standard Theatre Award.

Last year she filmed a lead role in a comedy pilot, CROCODILE, with Jack Donnelly.

She has played lead roles in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR at Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, HENRY V at The Donmar and AFTERLIFE at The National Theatre.
