Sacha Green

Sacha has over a decade of casting experience working across both drama and comedy.

As Casting Director on the hugely successful BBC1 series ‘Death in Paradise’ (Red Planet Pictures) she consistently delivers a wide variety of talent, including new and up-and-coming artists along with more established and profile names (recent artists include: Douglas Hodge, Rebecca Front, Steve Pemberton, Lashana Lynch, Anna Chancellor, Kadiff Kirwan, Ron Cook, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Samuel West and Ralf Little as the new lead). 

Due to the huge success of 'Death In Paradise' the BBC commissioned the spin off  'Beyond Paradise'. Sacha casts the series starring Kris Marshall, Sally Bretton and Dylan Llewellyn.

Sacha was also Casting Director on the comedy 'The Horne Section' (Roughcut / Channel 4), the BBC1 comedy series ‘Hospital People’ (Roughcut TV) with guest cast including: Russell Brand, Sally Phillips, James Fleet, Amit Shah, Sian Gibson & Mandeep Dhillon.

Previous Associate Casting Director credits include: ‘Wallander’ (BBC), ‘Loving Miss Hatto’ (BBC), Hugo Blick’s ‘The Honourable Woman’(BBC), ‘Maigret’ (ITV), ‘Innocent’ (ITV) & ‘Man Down’ (C4).

Sacha is located in London. Originally from Leeds she also has bases in Yorkshire and Lancashire.
