Jacob worked in the NT Casting Department from 2015 to 2019 before becoming a freelance Casting Director. Prior to working at the National Theatre, Jacob worked with Pippa Ailion Casting and Telsey and Company in New York, as well as alongside James Orange.
He is a passionate advocate for equal representation onstage and promoting a wide range of intersectional voices. He is committed to promoting underrepresented voices (particularly trans, non-binary and disabled identifying artists) in a constructive and meaningful way and this is intrinsic to his creative casting practice.
