Tamzin is currently leading ABIGAIL'S PARTY at the Theatre Royal Stratford East, in the iconic role of Beverly, directed by Nadia Fall and can currently be seen starring in Gaumont / Ch5 thriller THE WIVES.  Earlier this year, Tamzin starred in the farcical comedy NOISES OFF at Theatre Royal Haymarket, West End.

A multi-award winning leading actress whose career effortlessly crosses screen and stage she was recently seen in series two of the hit drama THE TOWER for ITV, and in BBC's all star hit, MURDER IS EASY.

Having starred in Sarah Solemani's BBC drama RIDLEY ROAD, the No1. Netflix feature BULL, the BBC comedy MURDER, THEY HOPE, and the comedy WE HUNT TOGETHER (BBC/Showtime), Tamzin comes with an extensive list of leading television credits. She is best known for her series leading roles as DCI Sasha Miller in NEW TRICKS (BBC), Rebecca Mitchell in HOTEL BABYLON (BBC), Rose Chamberlain in THE FIXER (ITV), Jo McDonagh in RED CAP (BBC), and as Melanie Owen in EASTENDERS (BBC). She took the lead in Nick Hurrans WALK AWAY AND I STUMBLE opposite Mark Strong, played Frances in FRANCES TUESDAY opposite Lennie James and Douglas Henshall, and played the leading role in ITV's VITAL SIGNS with Gugu Mbatha Raw.

In film Tamzin was applauded for her standout performance in Dominic Savage's OUT OF CONTROL. Her credits include GREAT EXPECTATIONS for Mike Newell, joining an all star cast including Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter, Holliday Grainger and Robbie Coltrane, RADIO CAPE COD with Tamzin Merchant and O-T Fagbenle, and the lead in 7 SECONDS opposite Wesley Snipes.
