Sophie has cast theatre productions for the Young Vic, Manchester Royal Exchange, The Bush Theatre, Chichester Festival Theatre, Sheffield Crucible, Royal Court, Lyric Hammersmith Theatre, Liverpool Everyman, and the National Theatre - to name a few. Her television work includes productions for the BBC, ITV, Netflix, PBS, Sky, Channel 5 and more.
Sophie regularly provides audition technique training and assesses examination modules for various UK accredited drama schools, including LAMDA; the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD) and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (CSSD).
Sophie has been working in the industry for more than fifteen years and is a full member of The Casting Director's Guild of Great Britain (The CDG). In her previous committee role as Diversity Liaison Officer, Sophie helped originate the CDG Equality, Diversity & Inclusion sub-committee - a collective who work to ensure diverse and inclusive engagement and representation both on and off stage/ screen.
