Izuka won the 2022 BAFTA Scotland 'Best Actress in Film' award for her role in the feature BOILING POINT. She also recieved 2023 and 2025 BAFTA Scotland nominations for 'Best Actress in Television' for the Channel 4 comedy BIG BOYS.
Izuka was also previously listed as an Evening Standard 'Rising Star' and is one of Screen International's 'Stars Of Tomorrow' 2025.
