Charles Edwards

Charles can currently be seen starring in James Graham’s new play, BEST OF ENEMIES, at the Young Vic.

He has recently finished filming season one of Amazon’s highly anticipated series, LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RINGS OF POWER. 

His other television work includes the lead role in UNDER THE VINES, regular roles in season three of THE GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE, THE TERROR and THE CROWN.

Notable stage credits include COPENHAGEN at the Minerva Theatre, ABSOLUTE HELL, WASTE and THIS HOUSE at the National Theatre, RICHARD II playing the title role at the Globe Theatre, BLITHE SPIRIT in the West End opposite Angela Lansbury and THE KING’S SPEECH for which he was nominated for this third Evening Standard Award.
