Ami has just wrapped on new thriller series THE CHOICE for Netflix as part of the leading cast, and on indie film SHRIKE in the leading role.
She has just finished reprising her stellar role as 'Satsuki' in the Olivier award-winning MY NEIGHBOUR TOTORO for the RSC at the Barbican following her tour de force performance last year
Immediately upon graduation from East 15 Acting School, Ami landed regular roles in EASTENDERS as 'Mieko Yoshi 'and MIDSOMER MURDERS as 'Erin Turner' and followed these with starring roles in SCANDALTOWN at the Lyric Hammersmith and WENDY & PETER PAN at the Leeds Playhouse. She is also an alumni of the University of Cambridge with a degree in English.
