The incomparable TOM BROOKE has been cast in THE DRESSER, a television adaptation by Richard Eyre of Ronald Harwood's popular play.
TOM BROOKE is best known for playing Wiggins in SHERLOCK and has recently played Edgar in KING LEAR at the National Theatre, directed by Sam Mendes.
THE DRESSER tells the story of an ageing actor's personal assistant, who struggles to keep his charge's life together. Sir Anthony Hopkins and Sir Ian McKellen have been announced to star in this drama co-produced by BBC Two and Sonia Friedman Productions.
