It has been announced that NINA TOUSSAINT-WHITE will star in the upcoming social-media infused sci-fi psychological drama THE FEED, based upon the novel by Nick Clark Windo and created by showrunner Channing Powell (The Walking Dead).
Set in London in the near future, it centres on the British family of Lawrence Hatfield, the man who invented an omnipresent technology called The Feed. Implanted into nearly everyone's brain, The Feed enables people to share information, emotions and memories instantly. But when things start to go wrong and users become murderous the family is driven apart as they struggle to control the monster they have unleashed.
Nina plays Kate Hatfield, a young American married into the Hatfield family who has a wariness of being constantly 'on'. When she gives birth to a baby daughter it coincides with changes to The Feed that will have dramatic consequences for her family and the whole world.
Shooting starts this month and the series will launch globally next year on Amazon Prime Video in the US, Canada and Latin America and across Liberty Global's international platforms including Virgin Media in the UK.
