Caitlin Joseph is a UK based Casting Director with over 15 years of experience working across Television and Film. Starting out in commercials and seeking talent on open feature film calls, Caitlin then worked as Associate to Suzanne M. Smith for 7 years, before setting up Caitlin Joseph Casting in 2024.
Caitlin has worked on many notable television productions including Netflix's hugely successful series WARRIOR NUN and SHADOW AND BONE, Amazon’s CARNIVAL ROW and GOOD OMENS and the critically acclaimed Apple TV+ series SILO. Feature film credits include TO OLIVIA (Sky), THE INVITATION (Screen Gems), and the upcoming THE HAUNTING IN WICKER PARK (Screen Gems).
Caitlin has a wealth of experience in casting internationally and advocates for a creative and collaborative casting process. She has a strong passion for championing equal and diverse representation on screen whilst seeking to promote and nurture underrepresented and marginalised voices.
